項目概況： 新華書店淮海店是一家歷史悠久的老書店，于2012年重新裝修后
強勢回歸，其裝修風格不同于一般的商業(yè)書店，古樸精致的茶坊，時尚氣息
濃郁的咖吧，還有店內(nèi)的沙發(fā)、軟椅和茶幾，休閑區(qū)域幾乎占到整個書店一半
以上面積， 旨在營造一種閑適典雅的讀書、購書環(huán)境。

Briefs: Xinhua Bookstore Huaihai Shop is a ancient bookstore with long history, it’s reopen in
2012 after reconstruction, the decoration style is unlike the normal store, it intend to make a
leisure and elegant atmosphere for reading and shopping, where you can find the quaint tearoom,
fashionable coffee bar, sofa, soft chair and tea table, all these occupy more than half area of the
store.
