項目概況： 華南城是一個集紡織服裝、皮革皮具、電子、五金化工塑料、印刷紙品包裝五大交易中心
于一體，提供展示交易、倉儲配送等服務的大型綜合商貿物流平臺。該項目屬深圳市政府“重點物流
項目＂、“綠色通道項目＂、并連續(xù)6年被列為“深圳市重大建設項目＂。
華南城二期建筑面積超過170萬平方米，2007年7月開始動工建設，是深圳市最大單體建筑。

Briefs: It’s a trading center for clothes, leather, electronic, hardware, chemical, plastic and print products. It acts as the
comprehensive platform for products display, storage and shipping. The project is the “Key Logistics Project”, “Green Channel
Project” and has be continuously named as the Major Construction Project of Shenzhen Government for 6 years.
The building area over 1,700,000㎡. The construction started from July of 2007, it’s the biggest monocoque building of
Shenzhen.
