Briefs: The plaza is located at the junction of Shennan Road and
Huanggang Road. The occupied area38,623.85㎡ and the
building area 287,238㎡. The plaza contains 2 high-rise
office building, 1 high-rise hotel and office building, 2 multistory
office buidling and 1 inspection center for mobile phone.
This plaza will be the future east portal of CBD, it has been
enlisted as key project of both the city and the district. The
positioning of this plaza is “Core of Technology, Base of
Headquarter”, it integrate the technology production, software
researching displaying, trading, services and talents education
together, shall become the windows to display the high tech and
