項(xiàng)目概況： 該項(xiàng)目位于龍華大浪， 是品牌女裝歌力思的設(shè)計(jì)和研發(fā)中心，
項(xiàng)目占地面積2.35萬平方米，園區(qū)主要分四個(gè)部分，前廣場(chǎng)區(qū)為形象展示區(qū)；
后庭院為生活活動(dòng)區(qū)；屋頂花園為休息區(qū)和建筑架空層為活動(dòng)區(qū)。

Briefs: Located in Dalang, Longhua. It’s the design and development center of fashion brand Ellassay,
the park area is 23,500㎡, divided into 4 parts, the front for display, the backyard as living district,
the roof garden as resting area and the elevated level as activities area.
