項(xiàng)目概況： 該項(xiàng)目是深圳市“十二五＂戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目，
是高新產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)優(yōu)化升級(jí)的標(biāo)桿項(xiàng)目、投融資體制改革的示范項(xiàng)目。
深圳市軟件產(chǎn)業(yè)基地由18棟2-28層單體建筑組成，總占地面積12.30萬(wàn)平米，
總建筑面積62萬(wàn)平米，業(yè)態(tài)主要分為研發(fā)辦公、SOHO商務(wù)辦公、員工配套
公寓及裙樓底商。

Briefs: This base is the key project of Strategic and Newly Developing Industrial Park during
the Twelveth 5-years Plans of Shenzhen, it’s the model project of high-tech industrial park
upgrading, and it’s also the sample project of Investment and Financing System Innovation.
The base consists of 18 towers from 2 to 18 floors, the total occupied area is 123,000
㎡, building area is 620,000㎡, the base is formed by researching office, SOHO office,
apartment and commerce wing building.
